I used to hate anything spicy, and I refused to try buffalo anything. I am now a recent convert to the combination of buffalo chicken, blue cheese, and celery. These tostadas are a good twist on buffalo wings & chicken fajita tostadas. They are easy to throw together and delicious.
1 pound chicken, diced
1/4-1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
Blue cheese crumbles
Red onion, sliced
Blue cheese dressing
Salt and pepper
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced chicken for 6-8 minutes until done. Add hot sauce and mix together.
Heat tostadas in oven for 5 minutes. Top warm tostadas with buffalo chicken celery, red onion, and blue cheese crumbles.
